Shelley Lejeune
Shelley joined Quadrant Law Group in 2023 bringing years of experience as in-house counsel specializing in both customer and vendor contracting.
Most of Shelley’s career has been spent as part of the legal team for various companies in the healthcare sector such as Optum, Change Healthcare, nThrive and Vizient. She advised her clients on HIPAA, data use, technology, and the complexities of compliance amidst the ever-changing state and federal healthcare and privacy laws. She has expertise in negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including software licenses, data use agreements, business associate agreements, MSAs and SOWs.
Shelley is admitted to practice law in New York, Illinois, Missouri and Florida. She received her B.S. from University of Missouri, her J.D. from Vermont Law School, and a Master I and Master II in French business law from the Université de Cergy-Pontoise in France.
Shelley is based in a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri, where she lives with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga, baking French pastries, and cheering for her boys from the sidelines for the many sports they both play.
