Our Team

Shelby offers over 16 years as a practicing attorney in very diverse roles, with a focus on contract negotiations. Prior to her role at Quadrant, she worked in house as a Contract Manager for Capital One where she negotiated and drafted complex commercial contracts for multiple lines of business across the Capital One enterprise including Retail & Direct Banking, Small Business & Commercial Banking, Auto Finance, US Card and Premium Products & Services.

For the 11 years prior to her work with Capital One, she worked for Nichols, Jackson, Dillard, Hager & Smith, where she represented numerous government entities in her capacity as their general counsel, including municipalities, appraisal districts and transportation authorities. In addition to commercial contracts, Ms. Pearcy has a strong background in regulatory compliance, state and federal privacy and data protection law and civil litigations.

Shelby graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained her law degree from the University of Tulsa. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, daughter and three dogs.
