Our Team

Robin has more than 20 years of corporate law and commercial contracting experience. She began her career at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where she was a member of the Corporate and Finance group, practicing in middle-market M&A, commercial contracts, and bank regulatory matters. Before joining Quadrant, she spent a combined 11 years as  Legal Senior Counsel at two Fortune 500 retail companies: Big Lots Stores, Inc., and Victoria’s Secret & Co., where she practiced in complex commercial contracts, marketing and intellectual property, employee benefits, immigration, and a wide variety of retail compliance matters. Her experienced includes a breadth of complex commercial contracts negotiation, including SaaS and technology agreements, digital media, inter-company agreements, logistics and 3PL contracts, omnichannel e-commerce platform agreements, and talent, content creator, and brand partnership contracts.

Robin is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and obtained her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism magna cum laude at The Ohio State University. Robin resides with her husband in Columbus, Ohio, and Vero Beach, Florida. They enjoy golf, pickleball, watersports, and cheering their favorite sports teams (Go Buckeyes!).
