Our Team

Andrea has practiced law for over 20 years in both a law firm as well as in a technology company setting as in-house counsel. She has extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements for large, institutional clients, including those in telecommunications, technology, e-commerce, healthcare software, entertainment, and chemical distribution. She has also negotiated sales and procurement agreements, software-as-a-service and software license agreements, marketing and promotional agreements, and professional services agreements.

During her last year of law school, Andrea externed with The Honorable Barbara Jacobs Rothstein, United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Andrea spent her first year out of law school practicing in the litigation department of a Seattle corporate law firm before transitioning to focus on commercial transactions.

Prior to law school, Andrea was the Director of Contracts for a technology consulting company in Los Angeles, where she gained extensive business experience negotiating with the Department of Defense and working closely with business stakeholders at all levels. As an attorney, Andrea has continued to enjoy developing close working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure that agreements optimize the balance between achieving business goals and minimizing legal risk.

When she is not working, Andrea enjoys traveling with her family, playing bridge, reading, and taking golf lessons.
