Our Team

Amanda has over 15 years of complex commercial contracting experience as in-house counsel, as well as business experience as a procurement and strategy consultant. 

Prior to joining Quadrant, Amanda served as in-house counsel for Accenture LLP, a multi-billion-dollar technology consulting firm, where she negotiated a variety of technology agreements, including global master services agreements, cybersecurity, outsourcing, systems integration, GenAI, Agile, and software-as-a-service agreements. Her role included building out Accenture’s contracting strategies and templates to target private equity clients, as well as providing training to hundreds of lawyers in the Americas and Europe. She has advised Accenture pertaining to various types of clients including financial institutions, retailers, high-technology, media and entertainment, gas and energy companies, and state and local governments. Amanda also has experience handling data privacy, security, intellectual property, and emerging technology matters.

 During her time at Accenture, Amanda served as legal lead for Mortgage Cadence, a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture, where she negotiated SaaS agreements and advised on product releases, dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and compliance with laws applicable to the mortgage industry. 

Prior to Accenture, Amanda was in-house counsel for a start-up SaaS company where she developed contract templates and playbooks for the professional services teams, as well as consulted on process improvements. She represented the company in contract negotiations for clients in North America, Europe, and APAC. 

Amanda is admitted to practice law in California. She received her J.D. from Western State College of Law where she graduated summa cum laude, and she received her B.A. from the University of Arizona where she graduated magna cum laude.

 Amanda resides in Irvine, California with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, listening to live music, and watching football. Her dog Braxton is a Vitas Healthcare Paws Pal volunteer at hospice facilities.
