Krystal Ryno
Krystal has over 15 years of experience managing contracts and providing legal support and has been a Paralegal at Quadrant Law Group since its founding in 2015.
Out of college Krystal obtained her New Jersey real estate salesperson’s license and worked for a family business before becoming the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel of a real estate investment company in Manhattan. In 2010 Krystal advanced to a Paralegal for Jefferies, a leading global, full-service investment bank.
Krystal has helped design, manage and troubleshoot contract repository and workflow management systems. She also helps facilitate communications with clients, negotiates conference and sponsorship agreements for corporate events, and ensures the smooth operation of workflow tasks, the integrity of the contract database and contract negotiation deliverables. Further, in a highly volatile, high-volume area of performance, Krystal provides workload balancing, and prioritization triage to ensure that all contracts are addressed and completed in a timely manner.
Beyond the daily business process management and workload balancing, Krystal also provides deep analytical forensic research on historical and oftentimes difficult to locate information, as well as analyzing the forensic data to reconstruct the history and causation for present contractual frameworks.
Krystal received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College. She lives in New Jersey with her family and their dog. She enjoys spending time outside with her kids, weekends at the beach and taking trips to Disney World with her family. Krystal is passionate about her involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association. Each year she participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
